The mission of Keep North Charleston Beautiful is to enhance the beauty of the City of North Charleston through hands-on beautification efforts, education, and by supporting community cleanups. KNCB’s ultimate goal is to create a community where people want to life, work, and play.
Some of our programs include Adopt A Park, Litter League, distributing cleanup supplies to community groups, park beautification, and the annual Great American Cleanup.
Keep North Charleston Beautiful was founded in 2000. KNCB is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. KNCB is affiliated with Keep America Beautiful, PalmettoPride, Keep South Carolina Beautiful, and the City of North Charleston.
KNCB is a certifying organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award. The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) recognizes incredible individuals who are committed to a high level of volunteer service. These individuals work tirelessly to solve some of the toughest challenges facing their communities, and their nation.
