We are looking for independent contractors willing to work from home. This opportunity is perfect for stay-at-home moms, or someone who is wanting to pick up some supplemental income!  A well-qualified contractor should breeze through our certification pipelines and supplement their family's income considerably in no time at all! 

***Certification facility located in Charleston, SC. Two week in-office training is required, so must be able to come to our facility for that time. ***

Qualifications: 

  • 18 years or older 
  • Willing to work from home 
  • Must have a private and comfortable working area free from distractions 
  • Customer service experience (Call center experience a plus) 
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales 
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers 
  • Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems 
  • Basic Typing skills 
  • Strong Written Skills 
  • Must have a computer 
  • Newer desktop computer (no older than 3 years) with up-to-date software including at least Windows 7 minimum 
  • Must have an active email account 
  • Must have high-speed Internet hardwired (not Wi-Fi) 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload 
  • Must have USB noise canceling headset 
  • Must be able to come to our training facility for 2 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. 

Salary: $10-$12 an hour based on experience
