***Certification facility located in Charleston, SC. Two week in-office training is required, so must be able to come to our facility for that time. ***
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Willing to work from home
- Must have a private and comfortable working area free from distractions
- Customer service experience (Call center experience a plus)
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
- Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
- Basic Typing skills
- Strong Written Skills
- Must have a computer
- Newer desktop computer (no older than 3 years) with up-to-date software including at least Windows 7 minimum
- Must have an active email account
- Must have high-speed Internet hardwired (not Wi-Fi) 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- Must have USB noise canceling headset
- Must be able to come to our training facility for 2 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Salary: $10-$12 an hour based on experience
