What you’ll be doing:

• Overall coordination and management of the construction of single and multifamily homes, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality standards are met

• Safety and primary leader of Jobsite

• Provide review and oversight for project schedule development and updates of those schedules

• Manage the customer experience throughout the entire construction process, including regular communications to keep them informed of progress and taking action and negotiating solutions to address any concerns

• Regular on-site interface with trade partners to provide support, guidance and evaluate risk

Must have skills:

• 2-4 years of construction experience or equivalent

• Ability to manage the construction process in a high production environment

• Strong understanding of all project documents, schedule, quality control, and safety requirements

• Good verbal and written communications

• Easily interface and build rapport with trade partners and customers
