Job Description

Xfinity Mobile Support Specialist is a call center role. With this position, you would be working in the inbound Comcast call center taking inbound phone calls and chats from current Xfinity Mobile customers looking for help resolving issues such as technical and billing support regarding their Mobile devices.

Hours of Operation: 6am- 12am Sunday through Saturday

  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Open availability is required!

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 Year Customer Service 
  • Technical Aptitude/Enthusiasm
  • Strong Communication skills
