Heroes Car Wash Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of the wash club monthly memberships to customers and educating customers about our wash packages and what they entail. Sales Representatives serve as the “first impression” at Heroes Car Wash. They have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing Club members with pass issues / upgrades / license plate recognitions and general questions.
Job Duties and Expectations
- Present, promote and sell Wash Club memberships / knowledge of chemical applications and Heroes wash packages with current and/or prospective customers at the paystations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the Heroes Squad.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and promote retention with all Heroes Squad members.
- Achieve agreed upon daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes.
- Supply Core Leadership with End of Shift reports on sales conversion, total sales, customer needs, problems, requests, and ideas.
- Use the Heroes sales script to ensure everything is communicated to each customer correctly.
- Continuously improve through feedback and have a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality!
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is strongly preferred; a positive attitude is essential!
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen and speak to customers.
- Knowledge of car wash systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers professionally and courteously
- Valid driver’s license or ability to assist with driving vehicles within the facility if necessary
