The Office of Naval Intelligence’s (ONI) Hopper Global Communications Center (GCC) has a USAJobs vacancy announcement open until 27 January for two GG-13 Program Analysts.  The direct link to the USAJobs announcement is:  https://www.usajobs.gov/job/828714400.  The USAJobs announcement number is DEST-12669133-25-SLR.  The individuals filling these positions will serve as Program Analysts in Hopper’s Contracts & Business Management Division and will be responsible for reporting shortfall/excess resources to the organization to carry out procurement actions after contracts are awarded and finalized.  See the announcement for specifics on the responsibilities, conditions of employment, and qualification requirements and additional information pertaining to the positions.  The selected individuals must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).  These positions require a periodic polygraph examination.  These jobs are open to DoD Military Reserve (MR) and National Guard (NG) Technician Preference eligibles and DoD Retained Grade Preference eligibles and all US citizens in the Washington DC commuting area. 

ONI and its Centers are located in Suitland, MD, which is a few miles south of Washington, DC.  Hopper GCC provides mission-related information technology and services to ONI, its subordinate commands, the Fleet, and Joint Forces by enabling the rapid delivery of intelligence to customers via the architecture that employs new technologies and applications capable of moving intelligence in an open, mission-enabling and information-sharing environment.

Salary120,579.00 - 156,755.00 Annual
