The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Charleston is seeking dedicated and compassionate volunteers to serve as Client Services Assistants (CSAs). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for service members, retirees, and their families seeking assistance. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing intake forms, and providing information on NMCRS programs and services. CSAs also support caseworkers by preparing and organizing documents, maintaining client confidentiality, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are important, and full training will be provided. This is a rewarding opportunity to directly support the military community while gaining valuable administrative and client service experience. Must have the ability to access base independently. Volunteer shifts take place at the Joint Base Charleston Naval Weapons Station.
