We are a local, female-owned Personal Assistant Company based in Charleston, SC. We train and match our assistants with anyone needing a little help managing daily tasks. We hire skilled team members and train them in the art of task management and follow-through!

We don't stop there. We also screen potential clients to ensure we are a good fit. Then the beauty of the matching process begins. We do our best to match you with job(s) that you will enjoy and fit your skills and personality.

We primarily hire part-time, but the occasional full-time position is available.

Currently, we are hiring for:

Task Manager / Admin Assistant / Mentor (20-40 hours week - Mix of Virtual/Onsite Various Locations)

  • Great for people who don't like to do the same thing every day.
  • You will help the CEO ensure quality service for our clients.
  • Must love details and be able to track multiple projects. Super organized individuals only.
  • Scheduling Tasks, Follow-up, Online Research, helping with last-minute task requests.
  • Email/Voicemail/Text Support
  • Communicating with Assistants, Lead Organizers, CEO, Clients.
  • Quality Control - Performing Assistant Reviews and Household Visits to ensure quality.

Trash/Recycling Assistant (1- 2 hours every Sun-Thursday evening - $20-50 hour after trained)

  • Service multiple downtown properties with rolling out trash/recycling bins.
  • Communicate effectively with City and Property Managers and can cleaning companies/pressure washing
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs and not be afraid of the weather
  • Attention to detail and keeping the enclosure looking nice
  • If you have a truck and are willing to help take items to consignment/goodwill/dump, you have the potential to earn extra money.
  • Extra money if you want to grow the service

Personal Assistants, Administrative Support, Household Management (4+ hours Week)

  • Current or Upcoming Jobs:
    • Downtown: 5-10 hours a week to start. Scheduling, Travel Plans, Organization, Overseeing Property Repairs & Maintenance, etc.
    • Johns Island - As Needed to start: Small Business Owner - Admin Support

Household Helper (4+ hours Week)

  • Helping clients with the day-to-day tasks required to keep a household running smoothly
  • Keeping necessities stocked
  • Tidying between cleaner visits (loading/unloading dishwashing, wiping down surfaces, etc.)
  • Walking dogs/litter maintenance
  • Keeping fridge & pantry organized
  • Errands
  • Laundry
  • Current or Upcoming Jobs:
    • You start as a Helper in training 4-8 hours a week, until your skills are top-notch.
    • Johns Island: 4 hours per week Meal Prep, Tidy, Laundry
    • We have a waitlist so more hours will become available, once clients are onboarded

Moving/Organizing Assistants - As Needed

Household Help - Our clients normally have a cleaning service. They just need help with the day-to-day.

  • Tidy (give them that "hotel feel")

  • Clean-up in the kitchen (dishwasher, wipe counters, empty trash, clean up spills)
  • Meal prep
  • Keep supplies stocked
  • Schedule and/or meet household vendors
  • Process mail
  • We are often the lifeline for busy clients to ensure they can come home to a calm and tidy environment
