Host / Cashier (Charleston International Airport)

HOST (Cashier) for CINNABON in the Charleston International Airport.

The Host (Cashier) is responsible for providing a WOW experience in our CINNABON Cafe!

Guest service, value selling, cash handling, coupon validation, and ringing-in orders quickly and accurately.  This position is the most important position in the bakery because this team member has the responsibility of driving sales.

Why do we use the term Host vs. cashier? A host is responsible for the happiness of their guest and driving sales.  A cashier is responsible for taking orders and handling cash.

Position Standards

• Each Guest is greeted immediately when approaching the bakery and given a proper farewell and a sincere “thank you” as they leave.
• Serve only HIGH-quality products.
• Provide timely service
• During “normal business hours,” make sure that there are never fewer than two registers open (if applicable).
• Wash hands with soap frequently.
• Sampling to Guest walking by the bakery.
• Clean the dining room (if applicable).
• Stocking the condiment area.
• Making coffee, Mochalatta Chill, etc.
• Maintain cleaning the POS station, cash register, and surrounding areas – counters, equipment, shelving, and emptying the trash.
• Filling CinnaPack racks.
• Other side duties are to maintain the standards of the CINNABON bakery.
• Applicant must live in Charleston
